HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

State Bank of Countryside, a well established, independently owned, community bank, is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for our Countryside location. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides support to the HR Manager in processing and maintenance of the Human Resource files, records and the payroll functions. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is also responsible for processing the biweekly payroll including processing time records, payroll deductions, balancing payroll, and preparing general ledger tickets.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee files, data input to maintain HR system files, and conducting new employee orientation. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will also assist employees with questions regarding policies and procedures. In this position there is an emphasis on high touch quality service.

The Teller must be flexible to accommodate a schedule that will require working at least one evening per week and one Saturday per month.
