Job Summary:

Business Banker

Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the Business Banker are to prospect in and out of the assigned market areas to bring in new business clients. Expand the customer base by increasing awareness and develop a network in Centers of Influence. In addition, the Business Banker works with the Bank's existing book of business clients to ensure that both their business and personal needs are being met by cross-selling products and services to increase the Bank's revenue growth. The objective is to build a strong relationship and improve customer retention. The Business Banker is required to meet or exceed key performance measures established by Management. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business through prospecting efforts within assigned area and collaborative networking with internal partners and external Centers of Influence
  • Implement an aggressive calling program, targeting companies with annual revenues up to $3 million. Cross-sell bank products and services, with a particular emphasis on fee income growth opportunities
  • Evaluate and meet the needs of potential and current clients
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to existing clients and prospects

Assistant Branch Manager, Relationship Banking

Summary:

The Asst. Branch Manager reports directly to the Branch Manager and is responsible for all branch functions in the absence of the Branch Manager. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager are sales, operations and community marketing. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for ongoing growth of core deposits by establishing new relationships as well as retention of current customers. In addition, the Assistant Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations and ensures compliance to bank policy and procedures. Primary Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Responsible for retail branch operations, sales, and marketing

  • Facilitate staff meetings to address sales and operational strategies

Safety and Security

  • Responsible for all security at the facility, i.e. security procedures, security staff, etc.
  • Responsible for testing, operating, and maintaining appropriate security devices
  • Implements and maintains procedures, including adherence to the audit schedule, to minimize and prevent branch losses, i.e. fraud losses, teller differences, etc.

Facility

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the branch facility and its compliance with city/county/state codes and regulations

Deposit Account Maintenance Clerk

Summary:

Responsible for Account/Customer Maintenance, Address Changes and Internet Banking Maintenance Verification. Also, this person will be trained to become the Business Analytic Report Writer for Deposit Personnel. Review and verify documents on the Document Imaging system. Small Business Administration Loan Officer

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the SBA Loan Officer is the procurement and development of a strong SBA portfolio based upon the principles and guidelines set forth within the Bank's Commercial Lending and SBA Policy. The Bank is interested in funding both 7(a) and 504 loans, but the emphasis should be on 7(a) loans. The foundation for this portfolio is centered on the relationship between the Lender and his Clients. Central to the development of these relationships is the leadership provided by the Officer through a commitment to the Bank's corporate culture and value system while demonstrating the highest level of integrity and trust.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of the appropriate underwriting criteria for the development of a solid SBA loan portfolio
  • The ability to maintain and safely grow the loan portfolio
  • A thorough knowledge of the Bank's Commercial Lending Policy, SBA Policy, and the Federal Regulations that shape said policies
  • Strong analytical, judgment and decision making skills
