Express Payouts

SBC Express Payout is a quick and convenient way to process construction payouts. No more waiting in lines. Express Payouts are accepted at all State Bank of Countryside locations.

It's easy to get started. All you need to do is ask for an instruction sheet and a supply of SBC Express Payout envelopes and you are all set to go.

Simply drop your Express Payout envelope at any convenient SBC location either through the drive-up, in our lobbies, or through our night depository. Your payout will be processed and deposited directly into your SBC business account. It's that easy!

NOTE: Envelopes dropped off before 4p.m. will be processed and deposited that business day. Envelopes dropped off after the 4p.m. cutoff time, or on the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. Envelopes placed in the night depository will be processed on the next business day. The original waiver must be in the SBC Express Payout envelope.

EXPRESS PAYOUT CHECKLIST

For your SBC Express Payout to be processed, the following information is needed:

  • Fully completed waiver
  • Waiver must be notarized
  • Signatures on both top and bottom sections of waiver
  • Original material waiver included, if required
  • Supplier's name and address indicated on "grid section"
  • Approval for the payout given by the contractor
  • Fully completed SBC Express Payout direction form
  • Signed W-9 on file with SBC
