As a service to our customers, State Bank of Countryside performs construction loan payouts in-house. No more haggling with a title company over your payout, just come to the SBC Countryside location and let us take care of you. Construction payouts are done for sub-contractors on the following days:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:00am - 1:00pm
2:00pm - 4:30pm
Loan account owners may come any day of the week, during the above hours.
For Payouts to go quickly and efficiently, the following is needed:
- Approval by the owner of the loan, to be here before the sub-contractor arrives.
- Waivers need to be completed before arrival
- Original material waivers, when required, submitted with payout request
- W-9 information on file. If it is the subcontractor's first payout of the calendar year, an updated W-9 must be completed.

What is SBC Express
Payout?
A quick and convenient way for our customers to process their construction
payouts. No more waiting until “Payout Day”, no more lines, no
more driving to the Countryside location! SBC Express Payouts are accepted
at all State Bank of Countryside locations.
How do I sign up?
If you have a SBC business checking account, all you need to do is ask for
an instruction sheet and a supply of SBC Express Payout envelopes and you
are all set to go. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
How will I get my money?
Your payout will be processed and deposited directly into your SBC business
account. No more trips to the teller line to deposit your check!
When will the money be available?
If your SBC Express Payout envelope is dropped off before 2:00pm, Monday through
Friday, the money will be in your account, available, by 5:00pm that
same day. Envelopes dropped off after the 2:00pm cutoff time will be available
by 5:00pm on the next business day.
What are the drop off times?
Envelopes dropped off before 2:00pm will be processed and
deposited that business day. Envelopes dropped off after the 2:00pm cutoff
time, or on
the weekend,
will be processed on the next business day.
Where do I drop my envelope off?
You may drop your SBC Express Payout envelope at any convenient SBC location
either through the drive up, at a designated box in our lobbies or through
our night depository. Envelopes placed in the night depository will be processed
on the next business day.
How do I get more envelopes?
You may obtain a new supply of SBC Express Payout envelopes at any SBC location.
How do I get more waivers?
You may print up partial and final waivers from SBC’s website,
www.statebankofcountryside.com. Click the “Loans” button and then
select “Construction Payouts”.
May I fax my waiver?
No. The original waiver must be in the SBC Express Payout envelope.
Express Payout Checklist
For your SBC Express Payout to be processed, the following information is needed:
- Fully completed waiver
- Waiver must be notarized
- Signatures on both top and bottom sections of waiver
- Original material waiver included, if required
- Supplier’s name and address indicated on “grid section”
- Approval for the payout given by the contractor
- Fully completed SBC Express Payout direction form
- Signed W-9 on file with SBC
